咖啡用水与末端维护记录 / Coffee-water and outlet-maintenance record

用途：记录店内水路、机器要求、风味试验和维护；学校可使用其中点位与维护部分。风味记录不证明水安全，表格也不是当地法定检测计划。

Purpose: record premises plumbing, machine requirements, flavour trials and maintenance. Schools can use the point-identification and maintenance sections. Flavour notes do not prove drinking suitability; this form is not a statutory testing plan.

水路与采样 / Flow path and sampling

先画原水—处理—储存—末端的实际路径，并标注旁路。检测项目、采样容器和时限按检测方及现场要求执行。每次记录保留时间与点位，避免不同位置数据混成一条趋势。

Map the actual source–treatment–storage–outlet path, including bypasses. Testing, containers and time limits follow the laboratory and site requirements. Retain time and location for each result.

将饮用适用性、机器符合性与口味偏好分别结论。未经检验的TDS、清澈外观或一次试喝不能代替安全判断。异常期间的暂停与恢复由现场负责人按既有管理制度决定。

Keep drinking suitability, machine compliance and taste preference as separate conclusions. TDS, clear appearance and one tasting do not replace safety evidence. The responsible site person controls suspension and restoration under the site's procedures.
